Getting Your Items
Furniture and Oversized Items
Items that are oversized are only eligible for local pick up. You will not have the option for shipping at check out. If you are interested in coordinating shipping for these items please email notahumblehome@gmail.com.
Once you make your purchase of an oversized item, you will receive an email from notahumblehome@gmail.com providing the pick up address and coordinating pick up time. Furniture and oversized items must be picked up within 5 days of purchase unless otherwise arranged or you will incur a storage fee.
Shipping Policy
Items will be shipped within 7 business days of purchase unless otherwise denoted.
Not a Humble Home (NAHH) takes pride in carefully packaging each item to arrive to you safely, but can't predict what might happen during transit. Should damage occur during transit, it is the buyer's responsibility to file a claim with the shipping company and negotiate any reimbursement. NAHH will ensure that shipping insurance is commensurate with the price of the item and special handling charges are paid as needed. NAHH can also provide a receipt of payment to support any claim that the buyer is making.
