Shipping policy
Shipping on small items is always FREE. Shipping for furniture and oversized items IS NOT FREE and must be arranged via email: notahumblehome@gmail.com. Buyer is responsible for the cost of these services and should coordinate those before purchasing an item, as purchased items cannot be refunded.
Shippable items will be mailed within 7 business days of purchase unless otherwise denoted. Tracking information will be emailed when it's available.
Not a Humble Home (NAHH) takes pride in carefully packaging each item to arrive to you safely, but can't predict what might happen during transit. Should damage occur during transit, it is the buyer's responsibility to file a claim with UPS/USPS and negotiate any reimbursement. NAHH will ensure that shipping insurance is commensurate with the price of the item and special handling charges are paid as needed. NAHH will also provide a receipt of payment and mailing receipt to support any claim that the buyer is making.
